Take a leisurely walk with our resident community tour guides in the Nompondo Community that lives alongside the Hluhluwe Game Reserve. 

Experience education in a rural context on a visit to a local high or primary school. 

Stop off at the local trading store. 

Get to know some of the community members while visiting their homestead. 

Enjoy a midday meal at the umuzi wakwa Mdaka (homestead). 

 

The tour departs daily from the Memorial Gate Hluhluwe Game Reserve or Mdaka Homestead in Nompondo, anytime if the day (booking essential).
